About

St. Johns CPR was inspired by the 2020 pandemic and the need for life saving skills. Not only were medical professionals performing more CPR than normal, but now spouses, parents, kids were now seeing their loved ones deteriorate right at home. The need to recognize and quickly react to an unstable and deteriorating person has become more important than ever before.

At St. Johns CPR, we teach Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support using the American Heart Association curriculum. These certifications are necessary for most hospital and medical jobs and last for 2 years. We know that without practice, fear and doubt may enter your reaction. We allow anyone who has taken a class to come sit in on that same class anytime within those 2 years after certification with us for free. We don't want anyone to feel unprepared when it comes to an emergency situation. We are here to empower the community with knowledge and practice of these life saving skills.

Testimonials

“Chelsey was a great instructor to work with. The ease of scheduling quickly really helped in my situation. Chelsey was upbeat, thorough, and kept the class moving efficiently. Highly recommend!”

Shannon Everett, NP

“I booked a class at St. Johns CPR but had to reschedule it. Thankfully Chelsey worked with me to find a time that worked for us both. You can see her experience and love for teaching. I will be telling all of my nurse friends to go see her too.”

Sherrel Picard, RN

“I renewed my ACLS certification with Chelsey. Scheduling was very simple and convenient. She taught the class well and made sure to spend additional time on any topics I had questions on. There was a great balance between the hands on portion, educational videos, and discussion. I would definitely recommend St. Johns CPR for your future ACLS needs!”
